Cycling repeats familiar patterns. Your off-bike sessions can add variety.

Time on the bike builds a consistent movement pattern. This plan adds short, structured movement sessions outside that pattern—without asking you to replace your rides.

Hours in one riding position

Long rides keep you in a relatively consistent posture. The plan adds controlled hip and upper-back movement off the bike.

Limited movement variety

Pedalling repeats a narrow set of patterns. These sessions introduce positions and ranges that are less common during a ride.

Off-bike strength and control

Single-leg balance, trunk control and lateral movement appear in the later stages of the program.

Four progressive phases, then a two-day reset

The plan moves from mobility to more integrated movement over 30 days. Each session is designed to take about 15 minutes.

Everything You Need To Know

Common questions about the 30-day program, what it includes, and how it fits around cycling.

Do I need equipment or a gym membership?
No gym membership or heavy weights are required. Most sessions use a mat, foam roller, and light loop band; some movements use a wall or low step. Check the equipment note for each session.
How long does each daily session take?
Plan for about 15 minutes. Each session groups three movements with clear timing and cues. The final two days are the program's reset sessions.
Can I keep riding while doing the 30-day plan?
Yes. The plan is designed to fit around your riding week. Use the ride-day guidance and adjust or skip a session when it does not suit your training or recovery needs.
Is this a high-intensity workout?
No. The sessions focus on mobility, controlled strength, balance, and movement quality. Work at a comfortable level and follow the cues rather than trying to move as fast as possible.
Can I do the program at home?
Yes. The sessions are designed for home use with modest equipment and occasional use of a wall or low step. You do not need a gym membership.
Is this the same as the free 10-Minute Cyclist Reset?
No. The free guide is a standalone 10-minute routine with five movements. The paid Cyclist Body Reset is a separate progressive 30-day plan with daily sessions, four phases, a tracker, and quick-routine materials.
Are video demonstrations included?
No. The current offer uses illustrated exercise positions and written cues. Videos are not included in this version of the product.
What is the price, and how do I get access?
The price is $27. At checkout, Hotmart will show the converted amount in your local currency. Enter your first name and email to continue to checkout.
What is the refund policy?
No additional refund promise has been confirmed yet. Applicable consumer rights still apply. Read the withdrawal and refund information; the final policy and checkout instructions must be confirmed before sale.
Is this physiotherapy or medical rehabilitation?
No. This is general fitness and movement education, not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or rehabilitation. If you have an injury, medical condition, or persistent or worsening pain, seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
