1. Who is responsible for this page?
This website is presented under The Cyclist Body Reset brand. The full legal name and postal address of the person or business responsible for this website and its data processing have not been provided for this local draft. They must be displayed here before publication. For privacy questions, contact everydayfamilyguides@gmail.com.
2. Information handled by this landing page
If you choose to continue to checkout, the form asks for your first name and email address. After you submit it, those details are sent to our Google Apps Script endpoint and recorded in a Google Sheet used by the free guide landing page, with the lead marked as a paid-program lead. The endpoint accepts submissions only; it does not return or expose visitor or lead records. The details are used to record your checkout request and prefill the Hotmart checkout.
Optional analytics and advertising measurement starts only if you accept it in the consent banner. It records page views, key-section views, paid-button events, AddToCart and InitiateCheckout events, a randomly generated visitor ID, campaign parameters, page and referrer paths without query strings, and basic browser/device details. Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-1THJPDLSC0) records page views and checkout funnel events, and Meta Pixel (ID 1657217472638252) receives PageView, AddToCart and InitiateCheckout with product value and currency. These analytics events do not include your name or email. A submitted checkout-request record in Google Sheets is linked to your name and email. If you reject or withdraw optional consent, these measurement events stop and locally stored visitor tracking data is removed. You can change this choice with the Cookie settings button in the footer.
After optional consent, Meta Pixel loads from Meta to measure advertising events. A necessary preference record is stored in your browser to remember your choice. If you email us, we receive the address and information you choose to include so we can reply.
When the page is hosted publicly, the hosting provider may process technical request data, such as IP address, time, requested file, and browser information, in server logs. The hosting provider, purposes, retention period, and any international transfers must be added here once the hosting service is chosen.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- To answer a message you send: steps requested before entering into a contract or our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, depending on the nature of the message.
- To operate and secure the hosted website: legitimate interests and any legal duties that apply to the chosen hosting arrangement.
- To record a checkout request and pass your first name and email to Hotmart: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract; the seller and payment/delivery providers process information needed for the transaction.

4. Providers and transfers
We do not sell personal information. Google Apps Script and Google Sheets receive the form submission and first-party visitor events. Google receives the consented analytics events and Meta receives the consented advertising events described above. Hotmart receives your name and email in the checkout URL and separately processes data under its own privacy notice. Confirm the Google, Meta and Hotmart arrangements, international transfer safeguards, and provider links before publication. This policy does not describe processing Hotmart performs after you arrive at its checkout.
5. Retention
Visitor and lead records are stored in the shared Google Sheet. The seller must set and publish a retention period before launch, then delete or anonymize records when they are no longer needed, subject to legal record-keeping duties. The browser visitor ID expires after up to one year; campaign attribution is held for the current tab session. Hosting log and order-record periods depend on providers and legal requirements and must be confirmed before publication.
6. Your privacy rights
Depending on the applicable law and circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing; where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. Contact everydayfamilyguides@gmail.com to make a request. You may also complain to your competent data-protection authority. If the controller is established in Portugal, the authority is the Comissao Nacional de Protecao de Dados (CNPD).
7. Children
This product and website are intended for adults. The page is not designed to collect information from children.
8. Changes and contact
We will update this policy if the page, checkout, providers, or data practices change. Questions or requests: everydayfamilyguides@gmail.com.
